First of all, water is really essential and you need to increase its intake by a big percentage. If there is a lack of water in the body, your food might not get digested properly. It also helps out in letting the waste out properly without much being left behind in the colon. There are 2 ways by which these toxins and impurities are removed naturally, urination and perspiration. In order for both the functions to work properly, water is a vital factor. 

You also need to consume more veggies and fruits on daily basis. Start your day with a good breakfast having some cereal that is high on fiber. Fiber makes sure that your bowel movement is well-working and the toxins and waste material is being removed without any problems.
